We have dedicated Centres based in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines which hold back-to back support agreements with the licensed software vendors we choose to partner with. Our Support specialists are fully vendor and ITIL certified.
Supported customers have 24/7 access to the Planwell Support Portal which is fully integrated across our Centres. It provides the ability to log and view the live status of your requests as well as a number of other useful services including on-demand reporting.
