Planwell Support Services provides for small task orientated blocks of work which do not fall into the category of the Professional Services team which is geared for project oriented engagements. i-Consulting can be engaged for work that falls outside of what could be considered day to day support of your systems. For example if you need some help building a Crystal Report, need some small discreet customisations, some hands on help with some difficult configuration.

i-Consulting is engaged on a time & materials basis and is generally targeted around off site style engagements where we preferably access your systems through Virtual Private Network (VPN) Connections this enables us to use the time effectively to keep the project costs down.
